How much do you charge for postage/shipping?
This will depend greatly on the size of the order and where you are located. Each item on the jenkin7 website has a packing weight assigned to it. The shipping cost of your order will be updated with each additional item you place in the shopping cart. You can review the total shipping of your order at any time by clicking on View Cart. Shipping to destinations in the UK is currently capped at £8.50, meaning you will never be charged greater than this amount. If your order exceeds £50 within the UK, it will be sent carriage free.
We aim to keep postage charges as competitive as possible. If ever the total postage charged on the site calculates to be grossly larger than the actual cost to send, then a part refund will be made.
How long is delivery?
This will vary depending on the size of the order and postal service used. Generally orders will be sent the same or next working day after an order is placed. Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail at an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. Larger orders by Standard Parcel or Courier at 3 to 5 working days.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for orders sent to destinations outside the UK. Due to consistent problems encountered with the Italian Postal Service, I'm afraid we no longer send orders to Italy. We are very sorry about this.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards through PayPal. For security, we use PayPal to process credit & debit card orders. You do not have to have a PayPal account.
Are my Credit / Debit Card details safe through your website?
Yes, no Credit or Debit card information is ever held on the jenkin7 website. Through checkout, any sensitive information is typed directly by yourself on PayPal's secure servers.
How will my order be packed?
It is always our aim to ensure all items reach you in A1 condition. We use quality packing materials. When packing, we will err to the side of overkill to protect your order for the journey.
