Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be simpler. Just click through our listed categories and each time you purchase a selected item, it is added to your online cart. Once you have completed your order, click on View Cart or simply proceed to Checkout. You will be guided through a secure Payment system.
You can also use the View Cart link to review your order and continue shopping.
Payment
During Checkout, our options for payment are PayPal via PayPal account, Credit Card or Debit Card. .
We use PayPal to process Credit and Debit card orders. PayPal is a world leader and offer a secure payment gateway ensuring your details are highly protected. During the Checkout process, you will be taken to their secure site to submit your payment details.
Fraud
It is the Customer's responsibilty to ensure that all submitted Credit/Debit card information is entered lawfully. Credit/Debit Card Fraud is a criminal offence and all such activity will be reported to the relevant Card Issuing Bank and Police Authorities where necessary.
Delivery
We use the Royal Mail to send our items. For heavier orders we may use a Courier service. High value orders are often sent by Recorded or Special Delivery which require a signature on arrival.
Our postage prices are based on weight per item plus packaging costs. Orders over £50 sent within the UK, will be sent carriage free. Currently our maximum charge for UK postage is capped at £8.50.
The Free postage ruling does not apply to Customers overseas.
We aim to keep postage charges as competitive as possible. If ever the total postage charged on the site calculates to be grossly larger than the actual cost to send, then a part refund will be made.
We are an Online Retailer only and do not offer Local Collection.
For destinations outside the UK, we use International Signed for Air Mail. Sorry, we do not deliver to destinations in Italy.
Customs
For Customers outside the UK, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. jenkin7 is solely the exporter and bares no responsibility for any import charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you require further information
Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy and strongly adhere to the 1998 Data Protection Act. No information is ever passed on to any third party or outside company. We do not hold customer Debit or Credit card information.
Cancellation and Returns
In the unlikey event an item is received damaged or you wish to cancel your order, we will accept a return if it is reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, any reported item must be returned with all original packaging. In the first instance please contact us by email or telephone.
